PLEASE NOTE: The print files uploaded on June 22 were not fit for print! If they have been downloaded and/or used for laying out the chapter for print, please replace with these, with "_updated" added to the file names. Layout notes ============ This chapter is made entirely as images; comics pages with handwritten text. I have laid out the size of the panel layout to match my guesstimate of the body text area on a B5 page. If I guessed wrong, and the files need to be scaled to fit the book layout, please maintain the aspect ratio. However, I also use the margins of the page to break the panel layout. This is deliberate, and must be preserved. This is why I have exported image files to the page size I have been informed of, and with corresponding margins for the base panel layout. If the files are scaled to fit the print layout, please make sure to align only the outer panel borders with the body text area. Margin notes are intended for the margins. Should my marginalia collide with standard header or footer elements, let me know. I'm not going to move anything, and I will not let you do so either, but I will provide image files with transparency to overlap such standard elements. I would prefer if the chapter can start on a right hand page, but I'm open to changes. For any questions, related to the above or otherwise, please contact me at allan@haverholm.com I reply within the same day if not the hour on most workdays. Accessibility notes =================== I will submit individual text files detailing accessibility text for each page. In doing so, I will try to include as much formal information in the accessibility layer as possible: Title page information, abstract, footnotes, references, etc. I hope that can eliminate the need for written title page and references, and the first and final pages of my chapter can serve as visual equivalents (with the required information available in the accessability layer). Again, for any questions, please contact me at allan@haverholm.com Licensing and rights notes ========================== I am of course fully on board with this book and my contribution being made available under Open Access. I will ask that any digital version of my chapter be formally and appropriately tagged as not allowed for training large language models or "AI".
